Sells Hospital
TONHC Sells Hospital is a comprehensive care facility which provides ambulatory, emergency services and Inpatient care with a 14-bed facility fully operating under Joint Commission accreditation.
A professional staff of physicians, physician assistants, dentists, nurses, podiatrists, optometrists, and auxiliary technical support personnel administer both inpatient and ambulatory services. Specialties include internal medicine, pediatrics, and family practice. Emergency services are provided and critical-care patients are transferred to one of several Tucson or Phoenix area hospitals.
San Simon Health Center
TONHC San Simon Health Center is the latest ambulatory unit established and opened in 2010 on the Tohono O’odham Nation. This ambulatory unit replaced the older facility known as Westside Clinic which was located in Pisinimo, Arizona. The facilities offers clinical, specialty and ancillary health care services as well as Tohono O’odham Nation’s Behavioral Health and Health transportation. The facility also offers tribal housing to support the needs of the administrative and clinical staff.
San Xavier Health Center
TONHC San Xavier Health Center is an ambulatory care unit which provides same day outpatient services. The facility offers a number of clinical services as well as primary care services such as prevention, chronic conditions, prenatal, well child care and women’s Health.
The newest clinical building is the modular building acquired from DM Air Force base and setup as a dental facility in 2002. The dental modular building is a state of the art facility fully staffed with 13 operatory chairs supporting by a highly dedicated team of dentist and dental assistants.
Santa Rosa Health Center
TONHC Santa Rosa Health Center is ambulatory unit which was recently renovated to create a dental clinic and added more floor space to accommodate administrative functions and exam rooms. Other facility improvements include the installation of a electrical power generator and array of solar panels to harness sunlight and provide additional electricity capacity.
